1. What Amanatym Does

Amanatym is not a shipping carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, travel agency, payment processor, escrow provider, insurer, employer, agent, or representative of any user. Users are independent from Amanatym and from each other.
We do not take possession of items, inspect items, guarantee delivery, guarantee payment, guarantee user identity, guarantee travel, or guarantee that a transaction will be completed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your account for safety, legal, fraud, or policy reasons.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current account and profile information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may require email verification, phone verification, identity-related review, or other checks. Verification signals do not guarantee that a user is trustworthy, safe, legally compliant, or able to complete a transaction.
4. Legal Items Only
Amanatym may be used only for legal, allowed, non-restricted items. You may not use the Service to send, carry, request, arrange, discuss, or facilitate illegal, unsafe, prohibited, undeclared, or restricted items.
Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Illegal goods, contraband, stolen property, counterfeit goods, or items connected to criminal activity.
- Drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, flammables, or dangerous goods.
- Undeclared cash, currency smuggling, money laundering, or financial crime.
- Items that violate customs, import, export, sanctions, airline, airport, postal, courier, border, or local laws and rules.
- Items that require a license, permit, declaration, or special handling unless every applicable requirement is fully satisfied by the responsible users.
- Items that are unsafe, misleadingly described, concealed, or whose contents are unknown to the traveler.
Users are solely responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws, airline rules, customs rules, border rules, declaration requirements, taxes, duties, and safety requirements. If there is any doubt about an item, do not use Amanatym for that item.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and safely.
- Provide truthful listing, profile, route, item, fee, and communication information.
- Communicate respectfully with other users.
- Meet only in safe and lawful circumstances.
- Inspect and verify arrangements independently before proceeding.
- Report suspicious, illegal, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior.
- Comply with these Terms, all in-app safety rules, and applicable law.
You agree that you will not:
- Misrepresent your identity, travel plans, item contents, authority, or intentions.
- Pressure, deceive, threaten, harass, or abuse another user.
- Circumvent safety features, reporting tools, account restrictions, or moderation actions.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service for spam, scams, fraud, money laundering, trafficking, illegal transport, or other harmful conduct.
- Create a new account to evade suspension or enforcement.
6. Listings, Messages, and User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile details, photos, listings, notes, reports, support requests, and messages ("User Content"). You grant Amanatym a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, transmit, moderate, and use User Content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and provide the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights needed to submit it. You may not submit content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
We may remove, restrict, preserve, or disclose User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, is needed for moderation or safety, or is required by law.
7. Fees, Payments, and Transactions Between Users
Users may discuss expected fees or compensation. Unless Amanatym introduces an official payment feature, all payment arrangements are made directly between users and are not processed, held, guaranteed, refunded, or enforced by Amanatym.
Amanatym is not responsible for user-to-user payments, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, duties, customs fees, losses, damage, delays, or failed delivery.
If we later offer paid features, subscriptions, payment processing, service fees, or promotions, additional payment terms may apply.
8. Safety and User Interactions
Amanatym does not control users and cannot guarantee their conduct, identity, legality, reliability, or safety. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Use caution when communicating, meeting, sending items, carrying items, sharing personal information, or entering payment arrangements. You should independently verify the other user, item details, legal requirements, travel plans, and safety risks before proceeding.
We may review reports, block accounts, restrict features, remove content, or cooperate with lawful requests, but we have no obligation to monitor every interaction.
9. Reports, Blocks, and Moderation
You may report users or suspicious activity through the Service. You may block users where the feature is available.
We may investigate reports and take action at our discretion, including warnings, content removal, feature limits, account suspension, account termination, preservation of records, or referral to law enforcement or other authorities when appropriate.
We are not required to disclose the outcome of moderation decisions. We may make mistakes, and we may change or reverse enforcement actions at our discretion.
10. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from the Account screen. For security and abuse-prevention reasons, deletion is not immediate. We create a deletion request, review the account, and schedule deletion after 30 days unless the request is canceled.
You may cancel a pending deletion request in the app before manual deletion is completed. After deletion, your account and associated app data may not be recoverable. We may retain certain information where required or permitted for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or compliance reasons.
11. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available in every location or on every device.
We may release features as beta, experimental, or limited-availability features and may change or remove them without notice.
12. Intellectual Property
Amanatym, including the app, design, software, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for your permitted use of the Service, these Terms do not grant you ownership of or rights in Amanatym intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by us.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on third-party providers or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, security, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, accuracy, availability, or reliability.
We do not warrant or guarantee that:
- Users are who they claim to be.
- Items are legal, safe, accurately described, delivered, or paid for.
- Travelers will complete travel or delivery.
- Senders will pay or comply with agreements.
- Listings, messages, verification signals, or user content are accurate.
- The Service will prevent illegal conduct, fraud, loss, damage, delay, or disputes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanatym and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, property damage, item loss, item damage, customs seizure, fines, penalties, travel disruption, payment disputes, or user conduct, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Amanatym for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amanatym and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your User Content.
- Your interactions, transactions, payments, items, travel, or arrangements with other users.
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Your violation of another person's rights.
- Illegal, prohibited, unsafe, undeclared, restricted, lost, damaged, delayed, or seized items connected to your use of the Service.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in illegal or unsafe conduct, caused potential liability, or used the Service in a harmful way.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described above.
